bblufaucet provides a public BBLU faucet that distributes small BBLU amounts to eligible Users through direct on-chain withdrawals or email-based DROP wallet flows.

3. Self-Custodial Responsibility

By withdrawing funds from bblufaucet, the User assumes full responsibility for securely handling all wallet and recovery data, including addresses, mnemonic phrases, QR links, and any related credentials.

bblufaucet is not responsible for any loss of wallet data or associated cryptocurrency caused by loss, disclosure, theft, or mishandling of credentials by the User.

4. Financial Responsibility and Liability

The User is solely responsible for the management, storage, and lawful use of any funds received from bblufaucet. bblufaucet is not liable for losses due to theft, hacking, unauthorized access, user error, chain issues, or service disruption.

The User is fully responsible for ensuring that use of the faucet and related funds complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

5. Privacy and Data Usage

bblufaucet may process limited operational data required to run and secure the service, including data used for abuse prevention such as cooldown checks. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

bblufaucet is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall bblufaucet, its operators, contributors, or affiliates be liable for direct or indirect damages, including loss of cryptocurrency, data, or opportunities, arising from use of or inability to use the Website.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless bblufaucet from claims or liabilities arising from the User's actions, use of the Website, or misuse of distributed funds.
